Client’s Participation Requirements for Engagement

Clients must be committed to permanent behavior change, embrace new attitudes, and develop laser focus on goals and results. The client must be open to increase accountability, new methods, new or improved structure, systems and controls. The onsite work focuses on training to achieve long term behavior change to ensure long term continuity and success.

 

On Site Consulting Programs & Engagement Process

 

The onsite consulting programs offered are as follows:

i)    On Site Consultation Program

 

Step 1

A phone conference is convened between client and consultant, during which introduction is performed along with presentation of client references, testimonials, exhibits of previous work performed or case studies, profile of consultant, previous accomplishments and preliminary discussion of business issues.

Step 2

On successful conclusion of the phone conference and both parties are satisfied of a reasonable fit, an initial agreement is secured for a billable three days on site consultation, maximum (33 hours) to perform on site evaluation and develop scope of work. The charges include pre agreed hourly billing rate plus expenses for travel, accommodation and ground transportation. The initial three days are used to perform in depth business evaluation to support scope development, program development and implementation plan. The business evaluation focuses on identification of the business performance issues, constraints and deficiencies. The evaluation involves a financial performance review, operational review, ownership & key employee’s interviews, evaluation of business systems, processes, work methods, review of organization functions, brief market position and competitive analysis etc.

Step 3

During the final day of the evaluation, the consultant (s) and client collectively agree on the issues and establish goals and objectives. The consultant performs the design and presentation of programs with a scope of work to resolve issues and achieve the defined goals and objectives. Thereafter, agreement is reached with client on the hours required to complete the consulting engagement, the billing rate, the estimated total investment required and the return on investment. The scope of work is approved by the client and the agreement for services is prepared, and duly executed with signatures of the parties.

Step 4

After securing an agreement, work immediately commences or work is scheduled for commencement at a future date. The consultant who performs the evaluation may remain on site for the duration of the engagement or a suitable replacement may be scheduled to replace the consultant. Clients are billed weekly only for onsite work and payment is due on presentation of invoice.

ii)     Do It Your Self Business Fix

Do it yourself consulting program is designed for clients with the discipline, intelligence, savvy and acumen to utilize a scope of work (plan) and program guidelines to develop and implement programs to resolve business issues and achieve desired goals.

Step 1

A phone conference is convened between client and consultant, during which introduction is performed along with presentation of client references, testimonials, exhibits of previous work performed or case studies, profile of consultant, previous accomplishments and preliminary discussion of business issues.

Step 2

On successful conclusion of the phone conference and both parties are satisfied of a reasonable fit, an agreement is secured for a three day billable on site consultation. The program is performed by a business consultant on site over a three day period (maximum 33 hours) at a pre agreed hourly billing rate plus expenses for reasonably travel, accommodation and ground transportation.

Step 3

A consultant is schedule for onsite work. A scope of work (plan) is provided with detail programs, instructions and templates are provided to assist with the development of some major programs. Clients are billed on completion of work and payment is due on presentation of invoice.

One year off site support through telephone conferences and email can be obtained with an additional investment of $3,000, for renewal annually.
